The historical relevance of this document is shown through its destination – ie, the gun chū of Enuma. This source also notes that the same document was sent to the six day kō and four day kō. A comparison of the Ofumi issued by Rennyo in Bunmei 18 illustrates that this was the first year in which the term kō appears, and it appears on a gun level (i.e, a kō for the entire gun area). What the source here also suggests is that the gun chū was part of the Honganji organization (they were allied to Kōsenbō, and thus part of the Honganji organization).
